Sarah heads up our growing user experience team, bringing more than 15 years of experience in defining and articulating client needs. With a background in project management and an affinity for business analysis and product leadership, Sarah advocates for foundational analysis and research, coupled with testing and validation to deliver friendly, accessible, refined experiences for users.

Another founding member of the company, in the past 20 years Chris has built an exceptional depth of experience in network operations, hosting and DevSecOps. He leads the way in working with our clients to design and implement the appropriate infrastructure to support their business needs and regulatory requirements. He continues to stay abreast of the latest security protocols and requirements, ensuring our network and systems meet the most rigorous standards for compliance.

As Director of Software Development, Kevin heads up the largest team within our organization, and is responsible for maintaining the high standards of experience and skill that you can expect from our development team. His vision helps ensure that our organization remains in-tune with the evolving landscape of web technologies, while continually honing our skills with the technologies that matter most to our clients.

As Director of Project Management and Quality Assurance, Alison has been largely responsible for the development and broad adoption of our agile culture. As a PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM and CSPO she certainly knows her stand-ups from her retrospectives, and she has been able to take a pragmatic approach to developing a flexible framework that provides transparency, flexibility, and predictability for our clients.
