In order to kickstart this project process efficiently, we kindly request your assistance in providing specific details crucial for the successful execution of your project. Please complete the About Your Project webform and the Roles and Responsibilities matrix. Next, members of the GWW business development team will schedule a quick check in and introduction with your GWW project manager to discuss vision, goals, and stakeholders. At that point, a project kick-off meeting will be scheduled, in which team members from GWW’s side come together with your key contributors, sponsors, and stakeholders to review the project scope and goals, and to plan the project execution. |

Our Team Roles
Project Manager
Manages all aspects of your project, partnership, budget, deliverables, and timeline. Ensures and supports the team’s use of agile practices and works to remove barriers.
Business Analyst
Provides ownership and organization over requirements documentation, conducts technical analysis, tracks scope changes, and manages the backlog.
UX and UI Designers
Lead user research activities and generate user research artifacts such as surveys, personas, user flows, IA recommendation, UX Strategy. Create low fidelity designs and high fidelity design & branding.
Developers
Create site architecture plans. Determine the best approach for story development and implement the features with clean and testable code.
Quality Assurance Analyst
Tests stories for functionality, design and accessibility. Ensures product meets requirements and is up to standards. Writes and maintains test cases for documentation and future use.
DevOps
Assists with architectural plan, implements site infrastructure, supports CI/CD processes, creates security plans, and conducts releases.
